Got put here on a voucher after American Airlines cancelled my connection flight. The room was clean and cozy after a stressful event of trying to rebook my flight. Great food options (that will work with airline food vouchers) and free breakfast. Front desk was friendly and welcoming and the shuttle service helped a lot!
First of all, incredibly freaking clean. I was amazed by the upkeep. I don’t know how old this hotel is but it felt brand new. The beds we super comfortable and by far one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel of this caliber and it ranks pretty high amongst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was as nice as they could be. Great stay. Keep it up!
I was provided this hotel when my airline was delayed coming into DFW. I was provided a free hotel and meal voucher. I was impressed with how clean the hotel was. The front desk staff were accommodating and very friendly.
We missed our plane and the airline placed us here for the night. The room was very clean and customer service was great. They have food and drinks and are able to use the vouchers here.

I was assigned to stay here for a night due to a flight delay. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk assistant was very friendly. My room smelled very damp but it was clean overall. A free breakfast is provided and it was ok. There is a free shuttle that goes directly to DFW.
Room was clean. The folks were nice. The breakfast was a little above average. The overall value was very good. The treadmills in the exercise room did not operate.
I stayed at Wingate near DFW airport the night of 1/31/26. My flight the next day was at 8:45 a.m., so I meant to catch the 6:15 shuttle back to the airport. But I overslept, & did not get out to the lobby until 7:15. I was told the next shuttle would not come until 7:30, and there was a large party ahead of me. I told the young man at the desk, Michael, I needed a taxi, and fast. He called someone, who was there in 5 minutes, and got me to the airport by 7:25. Thanks to him, I made my flight! So thank you, Michael, for knowing who to call!
